Mock Trial – Underground Service Strike New Event
Our new mock trial relates to an underground service strike which occurs when a permit to work has not been completed correctly, with devastating consequences for those involved. We see what happens to the company and an individual following prosecution for offences under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 when procedures are not followed.
In this ‘new format’ mock trial, we take you through the various stages of a trial and consider the evidence before the court, and debate what could have been done better.
