The Successful Claims seminar concentrates on the main principles of claims in an NEC context. Under an NEC contract, contractors and subcontractors are able to claim additional time and money through the “compensation events” clauses. We will be concentrating on NEC3 but the NEC4 differences will be highlighted throughout the session.
