Attendees of this course will have a much clearer understanding of the content of contract data part oneand part two and how they should be interpreted/completed by the relevant party. You will learn about:
- Each section of contract data will be reviewed and considered, including the contractor’s main responsibilities; time; quality management; payment; compensation events; liabilities; resolving disputes; and data for schedule of cost components.
