Rupert Furness, Deputy Director, Roads Investment, Strategy & Environment, Road Strategy Directorate, DfT, who will provide an update on the impact of the interim settlement funding on the strategic road network.
Grahame Bygrave, Lead Director – Infrastructure, Norfolk County Council, will give the latest update on local authority procurement of highways term maintenance contracts from the Norfolk context, along with a general local authority finances update and an update on Local Government Reorganisation.
